Low Carb Spice Series Part One: Tools And Salt Seasonings

Here’s how to make your own salt seasoning. Perfect for your keto diet/lifestyle, and better than anything you’d buy in a bottle.

✅Dot’s Salt Seasoning:
Serving size: 1/2 tsp; Makes 100+ servings
Total Carbs Per Serving: 0.35g
Net Carbs Per Serving: 0.24g

➡Ingredients:
1/2 C Pink Himalayan Salt (or use sea salt if you prefer)
1/4 C Fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Sweet paprika

✅Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Store in an airtight container; keep in a cool, dry place. Store for up to 6 months.

🔔Spicy Salt Seasoning (Variation)
Serving Size: 1/2 tsp; Makes about 45 servings
Total Carbs Per Serving: 0.3g
Net Carbs Per Serving: 0.2g

➡Ingredients:
1/4 C Pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
1 tbsp Fresh ground black pepper
4 tsp (or 1 heaping tbsp) Garlic powder
4 tsp (or 1 heaping tbsp) Chipotle chili powder

✅Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Store in an airtight container; keep in a cool, dry place. Store for up to 6 months.
