Bullet Proof Fat Bombs
If you love bullet proof coffee and you also love fat bombs, this recipe combines those two joys. The recipe comes from Maria Slajerova at the KetoDietBlog.com, and it’s very keto friendly. I made a slight change to it – I eliminated the Stevia drops as it made the fat bombs too sweet. ✅Yummy Bullet Proof Fat Bombs

72 Calories/0.8g Protein/8g Fat/0.2g Fiber
8 ounces Full-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ C butter, softened or extra virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp. MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ C Swerve or other low carb sweetener, powdered
½ C Strong brewed black coffee, room-temperature
1 tsp. Rum extract (optional)
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. You may have to scrap down sides of blender during the process.
2. Next scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into each slot in a candy mold or ice cube tray.
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
